Fundraising Purchases Are Final Sales. If Your Purchase is made for a fundraising promotion all sales are final. We will exchange if there is a factory defect on non-personalized purchases witin 5 days fo the purchase

Exchanges 
 If within 15 days of receipt of your purchase, there is any defect, with any non-personalized item you order, we will either replace it or provide you with a full product refund, excluding shipping and handling. 
 
If within 15 days from receiving of your purchase, the size of any non-personalized items you ordered are wrong the size. We will exchange for the correct size, excluding shipping and handling and send you the correct size. 

 If within 15 days of receipt of your purchase you received the wrong item of any non-personalized item we will exchange for the correct item, at no cost of shipping and handling to you. .
Returns
 If within 10 days of receipt of your purchase you decide you do not like any non-personalized or non
-fundraising item you order, you may return the  unopened and unused item for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling .

Include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Please note any items returned for exchange on the "exchange form" located on the lower right portion of your invoice. For your protection, we recommend you purchase insurance on your package for the value of the merchandise being returned. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:
